METAL FAIRY - BLOODSTONE FIBULA

Fibulae were used by Romans to hold their cloaks closed - like a giant decorated safety pin. You can use them same way today on a coat or sweater for decoration or to hold a knitted scarf closed.

This one contains an unusual dark green triple sided bloodstone with moss agate and silver beads and a silver woven headpin.
